How does credit pricing work?

Each 3D object uses credits, depending on the settings you pick. Credits are pay as you go — buy any amount starting from 50 whenever you need more.

Do you use AI to generate your models?

Yes. All 3D models created from your input are made with AI.

I do not like the 3D object — do I get my credits back?

No. Credits are still used because the 3D object was created. AI cannot always match every expectation, but we continually work to improve the process.

Sometimes a model fails to produce a result or hits a technical error. Try again. Also check that your request does not violate our Terms (/terms). Prompting tips can help you get better results.

I bought credits and no longer want them — can I get a refund?
