Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the use of the online platform “Nimmbo” and to the purchase of generation credits and print services by consumers and businesses.

Nimmbo enables uploading images or references, AI-assisted generation of 3D models (including GLB), management in a library, and optionally ordering physical prints.

Generation results depend on input quality, selected settings and external model providers. We do not owe any specific artistic or print quality beyond the contractually described technical provision, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Use of the studio requires a user account. Information must be true and complete. Access credentials must be kept confidential; actions via the account are attributed to you to the extent you are responsible.

New accounts may receive a starting balance of 120 credits. Bonus credits are non-refundable in cash and may be limited or discontinued.

Generations consume credits. Credits are sold pay as you go — you can buy any amount from 50 credits upward. The price per credit is currently 0,02 € excluding VAT; applicable VAT is calculated for your location and shown before payment.

Prices for print variants and shipping are shown during checkout. The price displayed at the time of order applies.

By completing the order or checkout process (credits or print) you submit a binding offer. The contract is formed upon our acceptance, at the latest upon payment confirmation or commencement of performance.

Payments are processed via the payment provider Stripe. Stripe’s terms apply in addition. We do not store full payment card data on our own systems.

You retain rights in your uploaded references to the extent you hold them. You grant us the rights of use required for operation, generation, storage, preview and (for prints) manufacturing.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights in uploaded content and that no third-party rights or laws are infringed. Unlawful, illegal or abusive content is prohibited.

For generated models you receive — after full payment for the respective generation — a simple, non-exclusive right to use them for your own purposes, including download and ordering prints via Nimmbo, unless otherwise stated.

Nude generations are not allowed. You may not upload, prompt for, generate, store or order prints of nudes, pornography, sexually explicit material or other obscene content. We may refuse, delete or block such content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule, without prior notice and without refund of consumed credits.

For physical prints, manufacturing and shipping begin after successful payment. Delivery times are non-binding estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding. Transfer of risk and delivery terms follow the information stated at checkout and the selected shipping method.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. Details and the model withdrawal form are available under Withdrawal information.

Statutory exceptions may apply to digital content / services fully performed before the withdrawal period expires, and to goods made to customer specifications.

We strive for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure may temporarily restrict use.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions (e.g. product liability, personal injury). In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties and limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damage — to the extent permitted by law.

We assume no liability for content uploaded or generated by users, or for further use outside Nimmbo, unless we are at fault.

The user relationship runs for an indefinite term and may be ended by you at any time by deleting or closing the account, provided no open orders prevent this. We may suspend or terminate the account for breaches of these Terms or abusive use.

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country of residence remain unaffected.

For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered seat. For consumers, the statutory venues apply.

If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Deviating user terms apply only with express written consent.
